Debbie McGee is a British television personality, dancer, and choreographer, born on October 31, 1958, in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, England. She is most known for her work as a magical assistant to her late husband, Paul Daniels, a British magician. She started her career as a ballet dancer and worked with the Iranian National Ballet Company. She then became a professional magician's assistant, working with Paul Daniels, whom she married in 1988. Debbie McGee has appeared in various TV shows, including "The Paul Daniels Magic Show," "Pointless Celebrities," "Strictly Come Dancing," and "Celebrity MasterChef." She also presented the BBC Radio Berkshire show "BBC Radio Berkshire" from 2011 to 2020. Debbie McGee has also been a breast cancer survivor, having undergone a successful mastectomy in 2016.
